PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

PRICES

The prices appearing on the product sheets on the site are inclusive of VAT in euros, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the items.

Mon vin nature reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the basket on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.

Shipping costs, customs taxes and formalities are the sole responsibility of customers and will be calculated according to the delivery destination.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for purchases is made via one of the following means, at the Customer's convenience:

- by credit card

- by transfer (shipping will be made after receipt of funds in my natural wine's bank account).

CIRCUMSTANCES INDEPENDENT OF OUR WILL

Mon vin nature cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, errors or failure to deliver a shipment if it is established that circumstances beyond our control exist:

- fortuitous events or force majeure, namely: earthquakes, cyclones, storms, floods, wars, road, train and plane accidents, embargoes,

- any defects or particularities linked to the nature of the shipment even if they were known to us at the time of our acceptance,

- any act, failure or negligence of any third party.

INDIRECT DAMAGES

In the event of non-compliance with our commitments and whatever the cause, my natural wine will only be required to reimburse the delivery service subject to the reservations set out above (Delay in Delivery) and in no case indirect damages that the customer may claim. These indirect damages and losses include any loss of income, profits, interest or markets and any loss linked to the impossibility of using all or part of the shipment.

BROKEN DURING SHIPPING

If a package arrives at the recipient damaged (broken), the recipient must refuse the package.

Upon receipt of this information, mon vin nature undertakes to immediately reship to the recipient an identical or equivalent package depending on the stock availability of the products ordered. Under no circumstances will the customer be able to demand reimbursement for the product and the delivery package.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD: EXCHANGE OR RETURN

In accordance with the provisions of articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Customers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from delivery of their order to return the product to me. natural wine for exchange or refund without penalty.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN FOR REFUND

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify his decision by email or letter on plain paper, and send it by simple letter to: MON VIN NATURE - Customer Service - 16 rue de pologne 68170 Rixheim, or by email to contact@monvinnature.com. Returned items must be intact, unopened and in perfect condition. They must be returned in a condition allowing them to be re-marketed.

The Customer must make their return via chronopost.

The customer must keep proof of deposit of the package with the service provider responsible for the return. In the absence of this proof, no exchange or refund can be made in the event of loss of the package.

RESPONSIBILITY

My natural wine cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance of the contract, in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure and, in particular, in the event of a total or partial strike, flood, fire or other natural disasters and, in general, all events that do not allow the proper execution of the order.

SHIPPING FEES

My natural wine ships to all “European zone” destinations by the carrier Chonopost or by carrier only if the order exceeds 24 bottles.
