My Natural Wine is the fruit of my deep desire to change the world, because I believe in the power of our purchasing power to positively influence our environment. It is essential to spend our money with co-responsible companies, such as small artisan winegrowers, who adopt ecological and responsible practices.

In an agricultural world where the emphasis is often placed on yield and speed, it seemed crucial to me to return to our fundamental values of respect for living things and their balance. Rather than disrupting the nature of plants with chemical processes and inputs, I chose to understand it by highlighting winegrowers with non-interventionist methods that respect the soil and life. I am convinced that this approach ultimately allows us to obtain authentic wines, closer to the grape, while highlighting the typicity and character of their terroir, sublimated by the winemaker.

Throughout my meetings, discussions and tastings, I moved towards the wines that speak to me, towards these authentic and sincere peasant artisans. My selection, ranging from “canons” between friends to exceptional bottles, is the result of my desire to share my discoveries and emotions with you.

In an approach focused on our well-being, I ensure transparency from winegrowers, requiring them to provide us with chemical analyzes of the wines. Thus, we have sulfur levels for all the wines we offer. Working exclusively with winegrowers who do not use chemicals or synthetic products, we assure you that in our wines you will find sugar, sulfur, bentonite and LSA yeasts. Knowing the smallest secrets of each wine that we offer you is, in our eyes, essential.
